混凝土裂縫的成因及控製的技術措施

  一、關於混凝土裂縫
  裂縫是混凝土工程中最常見的一種缺陷,分為宏觀裂縫和微觀裂縫。一般肉眼可見裂縫寬度為0.03-0.05mm,因此,將肉眼可見裂縫稱為宏觀裂縫,不可見的裂縫寬度<0.05mm的稱為微觀裂縫。
  混凝土的微觀裂縫一般為混凝土固有。其原因為:混凝土是由水泥漿體水化硬化後的水泥石與砂、shiguliaozucheng,tamendewulilixuexingnengbuyizhi,shiyizhongfeijunzhidezuhewu。shuinijiangtiyinghuahoudegansuozhijiaoda,erhunningtuzhongdeguliaozexianzhileshuinijiangtideziyoushousuo,zhezhongyueshudengzuoyongshihunningtuneibucongyinghuakaishijiuyouguliaoyushuinishidezhanjiemianshangchanshengleweiliefeng。yejiushishuo,jishimeiyouwaihezaizuoyong(不管是其外荷載的種類是自重、荷載、體積變化而引起的內應力等)或者即使混凝土發生體積變化是沒有受到外部的約束,混凝土內部已經有了微裂縫。這種微裂縫在不大的外力或變形作用下是穩定的。

  二、混凝土的泌水與沉降

  同時泌水後聚積在混凝土表麵的泌水層,對混凝土的養護起到良好的作用,這就象一層“水被子”蓋在混凝土的表麵,使因失水造成的塑性收縮裂縫極大的降低,但是,當外界溫度、濕shi度du及ji風feng速su條tiao件jian較jiao惡e劣lie,滲shen出chu水shui蒸zheng發fa的de速su度du比bi泌mi水shui速su度du快kuai時shi,很hen容rong易yi出chu現xian塑su性xing收shou縮suo裂lie縫feng。這zhe時shi,在zai滲shen出chu水shui量liang不bu能neng形xing成cheng良liang好hao的de養yang護hu環huan境jing時shi,就jiu必bi須xu人ren為wei地di創chuang造zao這zhe個ge良liang好hao的de環huan境jing,則ze補bu充chong水shui分fen,形xing成cheng較jiao高gao的de濕shi度du就jiu必bi須xu進jin行xing。
  biaomiansuxingshousuoliefengzaihunningtuweiwanquanzhongningqianjiuyijingfasheng,yinci,buchongshuifenjinxingshiyanghudeshijianbixutiqian,danghunningtubiaomianmishuihouchuxiandeshuierguangzexiaoshishi,(一般在混凝土澆築後一至三小時)即應立即開始采取包括二次振搗抹麵及灑水養護等技術措施,應注意覆蓋物必須予以濕潤或覆蓋後立即澆水使覆蓋物完全濕潤。
  預拌混凝土使用高效減水劑,每方混凝土中用水量較不摻用減水劑的現場拌製要少,且膠結料較多,泌mi水shui量liang較jiao常chang規gui澆jiao築zhu方fang法fa少shao,這zhe兩liang個ge原yuan因yin都dou會hui加jia速su早zao期qi塑su性xing裂lie縫feng的de形xing成cheng,需xu特te別bie注zhu意yi。采cai用yong泵beng送song混hun凝ning土tu時shi,施shi工gong速su度du較jiao快kuai,一yi次ci性xing澆jiao築zhu到dao模mo板ban內nei的de含han量liang大da,因yin此ci,應ying安an排pai足zu夠gou的de人ren員yuan對dui處chu於yu危wei險xian的de混hun凝ning土tu及ji時shi采cai取qu技ji術shu措cuo施shi。
  塑性收縮裂縫常出現在:樓板、地麵、大梁的側麵
  塑性沉降裂縫常出現在:板梁結合部,板牆結合部、梁牆結合部,表麵布有鋼筋的基礎部分,對較厚的底板,較深的梁和剪力牆位置,易出現沉降裂縫。
 
  三、關於早期混凝土裂縫的分類及成因
  zaoqihunningtuliefengyibanchuxianzaihunningtuchuningqianhunningturengzaisuxingzhuangtaishichuxiandeliefeng,gongdiyibanyinhunningtujiaozhuhoushigongrenyuanjilikai,zaidiertianzaoshangkaishijiaoshuishihuifaxian。zaitianqiyanreganzaojijie,有時在梁板上麵,澆築在模板內的混凝土一、二個小時後即會出現甚至在未進行二次抹麵收光前裂縫即清晰可見。一般稱為塑性裂縫,分為:塑性收縮縫、塑性沉降縫。這種裂縫的開裂機製簡明,可通過相應措施予以避免或消除。
  塑su性xing收shou縮suo裂lie縫feng和he塑su性xing沉chen降jiang裂lie縫feng均jun發fa生sheng在zai混hun凝ning土tu尚shang處chu於yu塑su性xing階jie段duan,其qi產chan生sheng的de主zhu要yao原yuan因yin為wei水shui分fen蒸zheng發fa。混hun凝ning土tu澆jiao築zhu後hou最zui初chu幾ji個ge小xiao時shi,混hun凝ning土tu尚shang處chu於yu塑su性xing階jie段duan,在zai幹gan燥zao或huo炎yan熱re氣qi候hou條tiao件jian下xia,當dang蒸zheng發fa速su率lv超chao過guo了le泌mi水shui達da到dao表biao麵mian速su率lv時shi,混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian失shi去qu水shui分fen,原yuan來lai水shui分fen所suo占zhan體ti積ji隨sui著zhe蒸zheng發fa而er失shi去qu,造zao成cheng混hun凝ning土tu體ti積ji收shou縮suo,在zai混hun凝ning土tu受shou鋼gang筋jin等deng約yue束shu的de情qing況kuang下xia,抵di抗kang不bu了le收shou縮suo所suo造zao成cheng的de拉la應ying力li,導dao致zhi混hun凝ning土tu從cong表biao麵mian開kai始shi出chu現xian裂lie縫feng,若ruo蒸zheng發fa持chi續xu進jin行xing,而er無wu水shui分fen補bu充chong時shi(未進行有效養護時),裂lie縫feng會hui隨sui著zhe失shi水shui逐zhu步bu向xiang混hun凝ning土tu內nei部bu延yan伸shen,直zhi到dao整zheng個ge截jie麵mian貫guan穿chuan。混hun凝ning土tu處chu於yu可ke塑su狀zhuang態tai時shi,水shui分fen從cong混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian迅xun速su蒸zheng發fa,同tong時shi,由you於yu混hun凝ning土tu產chan生sheng泌mi水shui,水shui分fen也ye從cong混hun凝ning土tu的de內nei部bu向xiang表biao麵mian泌mi出chu。混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian水shui分fen蒸zheng發fa與yu泌mi水shui水shui分fen上shang升sheng,在zai混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian發fa生sheng幹gan燥zao收shou縮suo(因失水而使體積收縮),體積縮小,從而使表麵產生開裂,細小裂縫密布於混凝土表麵。(圖-2)

  塑性收縮縫與塑性沉降縫一般出現在混凝土(或漿體)處於塑性狀態期間,其持續的時間較短,大約1~2小時,開始於混凝土表麵光澤消時(泌水收水結束)。裂縫走向不規則,長度從幾厘米到幾米不等,中間較寬,兩端較細,深度可能局限於表麵較淺區域,但當外界氣溫高、fengsuda,qihouganzaoqingkuangxiachuxianjiaoduo,ruobucaiquxiangyingcuoshi,renyouliefengfazhan,zeyoukenengguanchuan。danjingshiyan,jishiguanchuan,duihunningtujiegouwuchengzaiyewuyingxiang。
  塑性收縮縫多發生於地板、樓板等的裸露麵上,板麵越薄越容易出現,當氣溫較高特別是又較為幹燥且強風吹時,混凝土表麵極易蒸發脫水(下邊的泌水來不及上浮補充)。於是會使混凝土由表麵向內部形成濕度梯度(內外濕度不一致,呈階梯狀分布)。過(guo)高(gao)的(de)濕(shi)度(du)梯(ti)度(du)造(zao)成(cheng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)表(biao)麵(mian)劇(ju)烈(lie)收(shou)縮(suo),此(ci)時(shi),混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)基(ji)本(ben)上(shang)無(wu)抗(kang)拉(la)能(neng)力(li),導(dao)致(zhi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)表(biao)麵(mian)首(shou)先(xian)開(kai)裂(lie),形(xing)成(cheng)塑(su)性(xing)裂(lie)縫(feng)。在(zai)未(wei)進(jin)行(xing)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)養(yang)護(hu)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),塑(su)性(xing)裂(lie)縫(feng)會(hui)隨(sui)著(zhe)失(shi)水(shui)逐(zhu)步(bu)向(xiang)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)內(nei)部(bu)延(yan)伸(shen),直(zhi)到(dao)整(zheng)個(ge)截(jie)麵(mian)貫(guan)穿(chuan)。
  混hun凝ning土tu凝ning結jie硬ying化hua過guo程cheng中zhong,由you於yu自zi重zhong原yuan因yin會hui導dao致zhi比bi重zhong大da的de組zu分fen下xia沉chen,比bi重zhong較jiao小xiao的de水shui分fen上shang升sheng,即ji產chan生sheng泌mi水shui。泌mi水shui的de結jie果guo會hui使shi混hun凝ning土tu結jie構gou更geng加jia致zhi密mi,同tong時shi會hui降jiang低di混hun凝ning土tu在zai高gao度du方fang向xiang的de尺chi寸cun(沉縮)。zailiangyubandebianjiechu,liangyuzhudejiaojiechu,banyuqiangjiaojiechudengbuwei,yinqizaigaodufangxiangdechicunbutong,gezifashengdechensuoliangbutong,jiuhuidaozhigaodudadebuweichensuoda,houduxiaodebuweichensuoxiao,zaijiaojiechuhuifashengliefeng。jiantu-3。

  混凝土在澆築成型後,混凝土中比重大的成分下沉,當受到鋼筋、拉杆、預埋件等約束,遂發生沉降裂縫,梁板上麵的混凝土,由於沉降開裂,裂縫沿著鋼筋的正上方,而柱、牆側麵的混凝土,裂縫沿著水平鋼筋的方向裂縫是從混凝土表麵到達鋼筋的上表麵。見圖-4。

  shuifenzhengfasulvshiyigebiaozhengdanweishijiandanweimianjishaguoneisuozhengfashuifendeshuliang,qiwuliyiyihenmingque,jiushishuozaidanweishijiandanweimianjinei,ruoshuifenzhengfadeshuliangchaoguomougezhi,zhengfasulvchaoguolemishuidaodabiaomiandesulvshi,hunningtujiyoukenenghuichuxianbiaomianliefeng。1.0kg/m3/h是蒸發速率臨界值(ACI305R-96)shizhizaishuizhengfasulvchaoguocizhishi,hunningtuchanshengbiaomianliefeng,weifangzhichuxiansuxingliefeng,jiuxuyaocaiquqitacuoshizaihunningtubiaomianbuchongshuifen,jiangdizhengfasulv。duishangpinhunningtulaishuo,yinqichanyougaoxiaojianshuijiheqitachanheliao,mishuizongliangjiaochangguihunningtuyaoshao,cilinjiezhixuyaojiangdi,fangkebaozhengbuchanshengbiaomianliefeng。yibanlaishuo,0.6kg/m3/h可作為商品混凝土的蒸發速率臨界值。

  施工單位應根據地區氣象部門的觀測數據,(施工單位應自備簡易溫濕度測定儀),在混凝土施工當天的外界最高溫度,最低相對濕度,最大風速,從附表中查出水分蒸發量,如果超過0.6kg/m3/h時shi,可ke以yi推tui定ding混hun凝ning土tu產chan生sheng塑su性xing開kai裂lie的de可ke能neng性xing很hen大da,必bi須xu采cai取qu措cuo施shi進jin行xing預yu防fang。應ying注zhu意yi,當dang水shui分fen蒸zheng發fa量liang超chao過guo上shang述shu值zhi時shi,隻zhi要yao混hun凝ning土tu澆jiao築zhu到dao模mo板ban內nei,不bu管guan在zai什shen麼me時shi間jian,都dou有you可ke能neng出chu現xian開kai裂lie,應ying防fang止zhi有you人ren認ren為wei的de“開裂應在混凝土硬化後才出現”的觀點,隨時根據天氣情況采取技術措施。對表中溫度、濕度的數值,宜按當時具體情況予以實際測量,風速可采用附表的《風力等級與風速對照表》進行判斷,同時,應注意具體施工位置是否在山上、風口或高層,這些位置的風速與地麵風速有較大差距,而預報風速一般是指地麵風速。應以判斷出的現象進行查表確定風速。
  蒸zheng發fa後hou的de水shui汽qi在zai沒mei有you風feng的de情qing況kuang下xia,會hui在zai混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian形xing成cheng濕shi度du較jiao大da的de保bao護hu層ceng,一yi定ding程cheng度du地di降jiang低di開kai裂lie,但dan在zai有you風feng的de情qing況kuang下xia,此ci保bao護hu層ceng被bei迅xun速su吹chui走zou,使shi混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian直zhi接jie裸luo露lu在zai高gao溫wen和he幹gan燥zao空kong氣qi中zhong,導dao致zhi失shi水shui加jia劇ju。水shui的de蒸zheng發fa量liang與yu大da氣qi溫wen度du成cheng正zheng比bi,與yu相xiang對dui濕shi度du成cheng反fan比bi,並bing受shou當dang時shi的de風feng速su和he氣qi壓ya日ri照zhao情qing況kuang等deng因yin素su影ying響xiang,在zai酷ku暑shu期qi所suo澆jiao築zhu混hun凝ning土tu構gou件jian表biao麵mian的de水shui分fen蒸zheng發fa量liang,比bi常chang溫wen要yao增zeng加jia多duo倍bei,如ru以yi水shui的de飽bao和he蒸zheng汽qi壓ya力li為wei例li,在zai10℃時為9.21、20℃為17.53、40℃時為55.32(mm汞柱),即溫度每升高10℃時水的飽和蒸汽壓力增加近一倍。再從與蒸發量相關的粘度值來看,10℃時為13.10,20℃時為10.21,30℃時為8.00,40℃時為6.54(mη),即溫度每升高10℃,水的粘度值降低20-30%。這(zhe)兩(liang)類(lei)數(shu)值(zhi)都(dou)表(biao)示(shi),氣(qi)溫(wen)越(yue)高(gao),越(yue)促(cu)進(jin)水(shui)分(fen)從(cong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)表(biao)麵(mian)蒸(zheng)發(fa),所(suo)以(yi)在(zai)高(gao)溫(wen)季(ji)節(jie)更(geng)應(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)水(shui)蒸(zheng)發(fa)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)塑(su)性(xing)裂(lie)縫(feng)。比(bi)較(jiao)而(er)言(yan),相(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)度(du)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)塑(su)性(xing)收(shou)縮(suo)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)更(geng)大(da),有(you)資(zi)料(liao)顯(xian)示(shi),氣(qi)溫(wen)和(he)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)溫(wen)度(du)為(wei)32℃,相對濕度為10%,風速為11m/s(約為六級風)時,水分蒸發速率是氣溫和混凝土表麵溫度為21℃,相對濕度為70%時的50倍,極易產生塑性裂縫。
  如果混凝土溫度比氣溫高(因陽光暴曬或其它原因,比如攪拌車到現場後,混凝土長時間不能澆灌入模,水化已經開始),即使氣溫涼爽且相對濕度為100%的飽和條件下,水分從混凝土表麵蒸發的速率也相當可觀,因此,在涼爽、潮濕的氣候下混凝土也可能出現塑性裂縫。

  由(you)於(yu)模(mo)板(ban)支(zhi)撐(cheng)底(di)部(bu)承(cheng)載(zai)能(neng)力(li)差(cha),引(yin)起(qi)支(zhi)撐(cheng)下(xia)沉(chen),造(zao)成(cheng)梁(liang)板(ban)交(jiao)界(jie)處(chu)上(shang)表(biao)麵(mian)開(kai)裂(lie),這(zhe)種(zhong)裂(lie)縫(feng)一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)在(zai)模(mo)板(ban)硬(ying)化(hua)初(chu)期(qi)時(shi)就(jiu)發(fa)生(sheng),因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)支(zhi)模(mo)時(shi),必(bi)須(xu)注(zhu)意(yi)支(zhi)柱(zhu)下(xia)麵(mian)的(de)地(di)層(ceng)是(shi)否(fou)堅(jian)固(gu),有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)承(cheng)載(zai)力(li)。由(you)於(yu)模(mo)板(ban)支(zhi)撐(cheng)係(xi)統(tong)鬆(song)弛(chi),混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)引(yin)起(qi)模(mo)板(ban)脹(zhang)鼓(gu),從(cong)而(er)引(yin)起(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)開(kai)裂(lie)。

  如果混凝土坍落度較大,振搗時過振,在混凝土表麵會有一個富漿層,若在抹麵時不進行處理,則會出現淺表龜裂。見圖-7
 
  四、控製裂縫需采取的技術措施
  1、當dang外wai界jie溫wen度du高gao且qie風feng力li很hen大da時shi,混hun凝ning土tu在zai澆jiao築zhu過guo程cheng中zhong或huo者zhe剛gang澆jiao築zhu完wan以yi後hou,水shui分fen從cong混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian而er迅xun速su蒸zheng發fa,在zai風feng力li的de作zuo用yong下xia,水shui分fen被bei風feng從cong混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian吹chui走zou,如ru果guo進jin一yi步bu發fa展zhan,混hun凝ning土tu會hui變bian成cheng表biao麵mian幹gan燥zao狀zhuang態tai,產chan生sheng開kai裂lie,因yin此ci,希xi望wang盡jin可ke能neng避bi免mian在zai夏xia季ji日ri光guang直zhi射she的de白bai天tian澆jiao築zhu混hun凝ning土tu(在zai夏xia季ji高gao溫wen,陽yang光guang直zhi射she的de情qing況kuang下xia,混hun凝ning土tu有you時shi還hai會hui在zai表biao麵mian形xing成cheng一yi層ceng硬ying皮pi,此ci時shi,在zai表biao層ceng下xia的de混hun凝ning土tu內nei部bu仍reng然ran是shi塑su性xing,因yin作zuo業ye上shang人ren,混hun凝ning土tu導dao致zhi混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian留liu下xia不bu可ke消xiao除chu的de腳jiao印yin等deng,腳jiao印yin的de周zhou圍wei會hui因yin沉chen陷xian導dao致zhi開kai裂lie)。zaibukenengzhongduanjiaozhudeqingkuangxia,zaijiaozhuyicengyishangdehunningtushi,liyongwaibujiaoshoujiapushangzhanbu,jikeyifangfenghefangzhiyiduanshijianrishai。zailoubankezaizhuangxiudeshangbiaomian,jiaozhuwanhunningtuhou,pushangbaoshidetugongbumadai、草簾、柵網等,盡量防止水分蒸發。圖-8養護。

  2、沉chen降jiang裂lie縫feng一yi般ban沿yan著zhe水shui平ping鋼gang筋jin上shang表biao麵mian發fa生sheng,如ru沿yan著zhe板ban和he梁liang的de上shang部bu分fen水shui平ping鋼gang筋jin的de上shang表biao麵mian,或huo者zhe沿yan著zhe梁liang板ban交jiao界jie處chu產chan生sheng。沿yan著zhe水shui平ping鋼gang筋jin的de開kai裂lie,裂lie縫feng深shen度du多duo達da到dao鋼gang筋jin表biao麵mian,會hui使shi粘zhan結jie力li降jiang低di,日ri後hou,還hai會hui發fa生sheng鏽xiu蝕shi,這zhe種zhong沉chen降jiang裂lie縫feng發fa生sheng於yu泌mi水shui過guo程cheng中zhong,在zai夏xia季ji是shi澆jiao築zhu成cheng型xing後hou0.5-1.5h,春秋季為1-2h,冬季為3-6h,根據不同的施工時期和當時環境中溫度、濕度、風(feng)速(su)等(deng)條(tiao)件(jian),仔(zai)細(xi)觀(guan)察(cha)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)表(biao)麵(mian),如(ru)出(chu)現(xian)裂(lie)縫(feng)時(shi)及(ji)時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)二(er)次(ci)振(zhen)搗(dao)處(chu)理(li)。如(ru)果(guo)二(er)次(ci)振(zhen)搗(dao)時(shi)間(jian)過(guo)早(zao),振(zhen)實(shi)後(hou)還(hai)繼(ji)續(xu)下(xia)沉(chen),裂(lie)縫(feng)仍(reng)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian),沒(mei)起(qi)到(dao)相(xiang)應(ying)作(zuo)用(yong)。如(ru)果(guo)二(er)次(ci)振(zhen)搗(dao)太(tai)遲(chi),由(you)於(yu)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)硬(ying)化(hua),振(zhen)搗(dao)困(kun)難(nan),也(ye)起(qi)不(bu)到(dao)消(xiao)除(chu)沉(chen)降(jiang)裂(lie)縫(feng)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。
 二(er)次(ci)振(zhen)搗(dao)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)泌(mi)水(shui)量(liang)減(jian)少(shao)情(qing)況(kuang)來(lai)判(pan)定(ding),當(dang)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)表(biao)麵(mian)所(suo)泌(mi)水(shui)分(fen)基(ji)本(ben)結(jie)束(shu),表(biao)麵(mian)水(shui)光(guang)亮(liang)基(ji)本(ben)消(xiao)除(chu)時(shi),即(ji)可(ke)安(an)排(pai)二(er)次(ci)振(zhen)搗(dao),此(ci)時(shi)用(yong)手(shou)按(an)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)表(biao)麵(mian),應(ying)有(you)痕(hen)跡(ji)。
  3、 控製上荷載時間
  《混凝土結構工程施工質量驗收規範》(GB50204-2002)的7.4.1條規定,“混凝土強度達到1.2Mpa之前,不可在其上踩踏和安裝模板、支架”預拌混凝土都采用了緩凝技術,一般初凝時間控製在6-8h,大體積混凝土在10-12h,有特殊要求的甚至可能達到16h以上,混凝土的初凝與終凝之間的間隔時間較短,約在1-2h左右,終凝後的混凝土強度開始增長,達到1.2Mpa需要一定的時間,這個時間因混凝土強度等級和環境條件(主要是氣溫)的差異而有所不同,為穩妥起見,日平均氣溫在25℃以上時在12-16h,低於25℃時,一般應按澆築後24h後方可上人。
  在終凝後上人作業(澆築完畢剛踩不出腳印),或(huo)往(wang)工(gong)作(zuo)麵(mian)上(shang)吊(diao)運(yun)材(cai)料(liao),人(ren)員(yuan)和(he)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)通(tong)過(guo)本(ben)身(shen)還(hai)需(xu)要(yao)模(mo)板(ban)支(zhi)撐(cheng)的(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)傳(chuan)到(dao)模(mo)板(ban)上(shang),不(bu)但(dan)攪(jiao)動(dong)了(le)澆(jiao)築(zhu)的(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu),而(er)模(mo)板(ban)和(he)模(mo)板(ban)支(zhi)撐(cheng)特(te)別(bie)是(shi)板(ban)的(de)模(mo)板(ban)支(zhi)撐(cheng)在(zai)集(ji)中(zhong)的(de)、不均勻的、過guo大da的de施shi工gong荷he載zai作zuo用yong下xia,混hun凝ning土tu會hui因yin剛gang度du不bu足zu而er發fa生sheng撓nao曲qu,特te別bie是shi吊diao運yun材cai料liao時shi產chan生sheng集ji中zhong的de衝chong擊ji荷he載zai,更geng會hui使shi剛gang度du不bu足zu的de模mo板ban產chan生sheng振zhen動dong,即ji使shi輕qing微wei的de振zhen動dong也ye會hui對dui初chu凝ning前qian後hou的de混hun凝ning土tu產chan生sheng嚴yan重zhong的de影ying響xiang,引yin起qi肉rou眼yan可ke見jian的de裂lie縫feng,也ye必bi然ran會hui引yin起qi肉rou眼yan不bu可ke見jian的de細xi小xiao裂lie縫feng,使shi結jie構gou受shou到dao損sun傷shang。
  同時,施工驗收規範(GB50204-2002)在4.2.1條規定:“安裝現澆結構的上層模板及其支架時,下層樓板應具有承受上層荷載的承載能力或加設支架,上、下層支架的立柱應對準,並鋪設墊板。第4.3.5條規定“模板拆除時,不應對樓層形成衝擊荷載,拆除時模板和支架宜分散堆放並及時清運。”如果不按上述條文操作,會導致如圖-10suoshiliefeng,zhezhongliefengjuyoubandiliefengjiaokuan,youyidianxiangwaifasan,guantongshibanmianliefengjiaoxixiaohuoweiguantongdanzaibanmianshangjiaoshuishi,bandifaxianshihenhuoshuididetezheng,zhezhongyinbudangdeshigonghezaiyinqideliefengzaijiegoujinrushiyongjieduanshi,kenenghuijinyibufazhan,qingzezaochengmingxiandegongnengquexian,yanzhongshihuijiangdijiegoudechengzainenglieryingxiangjiegoudeshiyonganquanhenaijiuxing,xuyanjiafangfan。

  4、 梁板結構澆築時的二次振搗和保濕養護:
  梁(liang)板(ban)結(jie)構(gou)表(biao)麵(mian)積(ji)大(da),水(shui)分(fen)容(rong)易(yi)蒸(zheng)發(fa),水(shui)化(hua)容(rong)易(yi)散(san)失(shi),溫(wen)升(sheng)不(bu)高(gao),因(yin)此(ci),水(shui)分(fen)散(san)失(shi)和(he)二(er)次(ci)振(zhen)搗(dao)壓(ya)實(shi)抹(mo)平(ping)不(bu)足(zu)是(shi)導(dao)致(zhi)梁(liang)板(ban)結(jie)構(gou)早(zao)期(qi)裂(lie)縫(feng)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)因(yin)素(su),隨(sui)著(zhe)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)齡(ling)期(qi)的(de)增(zeng)長(chang)和(he)環(huan)境(jing)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),會(hui)加(jia)劇(ju)早(zao)期(qi)裂(lie)縫(feng)的(de)擴(kuo)展(zhan),有(you)可(ke)能(neng)成(cheng)為(wei)有(you)害(hai)的(de)貫(guan)穿(chuan)裂(lie)縫(feng)。下(xia)圖(tu)-11、圖-12所示試驗充分說明,水分蒸發對裂縫發生和擴展的影響,也說明了保濕養護,二次振搗和壓抹對裂縫控製的有效作用。

  試驗用混凝土按初凝8h配製,初始坍落度/擴展度=245/650mm,無離折、泌水、板結情況,和易性良好、成型後用塑料膜嚴密覆蓋的試件,入模4h還具有塑性且未見任何肉眼可見裂縫。暴露試件入模1.5h開始出現塑性收縮裂縫,在混凝土入模2h時,對該試件左半邊進行拍實,壓抹使裂縫閉合,右半邊未壓抹的部分裂縫繼續發展增多,變長、變寬(≈1.5mm),壓抹過的半邊上隨後又出現了細裂縫。中間的溫度濕度計顯示:從混凝土入模起4h試驗期間,溫度32-39℃,濕度40-60%,一周後檢查,二次壓抹的半塊板上最大裂縫寬度0.3 mm,總長220 mm,未二次抹壓的半邊最大寬度1.5 mm,總長1850 mm,塑料薄膜覆蓋的板無裂縫出現。
  5、加強抹麵工作:
  抹mo麵mian可ke以yi有you效xiao的de降jiang低di混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian的de裂lie縫feng,在zai混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian泌mi水shui結jie束shu,混hun凝ning土tu即ji將jiang開kai始shi初chu凝ning時shi,對dui混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian及ji時shi進jin行xing搓cuo毛mao和he抹mo壓ya,可ke有you效xiao防fang止zhi濕shi度du梯ti度du的de形xing成cheng,彌mi合he已yi形xing成cheng的de裂lie縫feng,降jiang低di終zhong凝ning後hou的de混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian裂lie縫feng。終zhong抹mo的de時shi機ji:開始初凝前,混凝土泌水結束,指按有淺痕。抹麵後注意表麵有無小裂縫,在終凝前再適時進行有選擇地搓抹。

   6、養護:養護是混凝土強度正常增長及防止混凝土產生裂縫最有效的措施,必須充分重視,並製定養護方案,派專人負責養護工作。
 混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)澆(jiao)築(zhu)完(wan)畢(bi)後(hou),應(ying)及(ji)時(shi)對(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)構(gou)造(zao)物(wu)保(bao)持(chi)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)和(he)濕(shi)度(du),從(cong)而(er)保(bao)障(zhang)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)後(hou)期(qi)各(ge)種(zhong)預(yu)期(qi)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)形(xing)成(cheng)和(he)增(zeng)長(chang)。當(dang)構(gou)築(zhu)物(wu)周(zhou)圍(wei)自(zi)然(ran)條(tiao)件(jian)不(bu)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)養(yang)護(hu)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)和(he)濕(shi)度(du)時(shi),就(jiu)要(yao)人(ren)為(wei)創(chuang)造(zao)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)和(he)濕(shi)度(du)條(tiao)件(jian),即(ji)創(chuang)造(zao)合(he)理(li)溫(wen)度(du)和(he)合(he)理(li)濕(shi)度(du),盡(jin)量(liang)避(bi)免(mian)急(ji)劇(ju)幹(gan)燥(zao)、溫度急劇變化、振動以及外力的擾動,保證混凝土各項指標的正常發展。
  混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)各(ge)項(xiang)指(zhi)標(biao)正(zheng)常(chang)發(fa)展(zhan)需(xu)要(yao)有(you)合(he)理(li)的(de)濕(shi)度(du)。合(he)理(li)濕(shi)度(du)是(shi)指(zhi)澆(jiao)築(zhu)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),會(hui)保(bao)留(liu)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)水(shui)分(fen)供(gong)養(yang)護(hu)之(zhi)用(yong),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)構(gou)築(zhu)物(wu)周(zhou)圍(wei)環(huan)境(jing)幹(gan)燥(zao),混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)包(bao)含(han)的(de)用(yong)於(yu)水(shui)化(hua)以(yi)外(wai)的(de)水(shui)分(fen)會(hui)被(bei)蒸(zheng)發(fa)逸(yi)出(chu),從(cong)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)養(yang)護(hu)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)水(shui)分(fen)不(bu)足(zu),並(bing)引(yin)起(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)後(hou)期(qi)性(xing)能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)減(jian)緩(huan)甚(shen)至(zhi)中(zhong)斷(duan)。因(yin)此(ci)對(dui)構(gou)築(zhu)物(wu)外(wai)部(bu)補(bu)充(chong)加(jia)水(shui)是(shi)十(shi)分(fen)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)
  混凝土各項指標正常發展需要有合理的溫度。合理溫度是指水泥的水化速度隨溫度上升而加快,在<10℃條件下,水化速度慢,在0℃及(ji)負(fu)溫(wen)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),水(shui)化(hua)速(su)度(du)幾(ji)乎(hu)停(ting)止(zhi)而(er)沒(mei)有(you)進(jin)展(zhan)。就(jiu)後(hou)期(qi)強(qiang)度(du)而(er)言(yan),在(zai)較(jiao)低(di)溫(wen)度(du)下(xia)養(yang)護(hu)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao)溫(wen)度(du)養(yang)護(hu)更(geng)為(wei)有(you)利(li)。混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)早(zao)期(qi)水(shui)化(hua)時(shi)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)取(qu)決(jue)於(yu)環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)度(du),太(tai)陽(yang)照(zhao)射(she)溫(wen)度(du),水(shui)泥(ni)水(shui)化(hua)釋(shi)放(fang)的(de)熱(re)量(liang)以(yi)及(ji)砂(sha)石(shi)材(cai)料(liao)等(deng)原(yuan)有(you)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)。蒸(zheng)發(fa)減(jian)少(shao)和(he)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)構(gou)築(zhu)麵(mian)上(shang)灑(sa)水(shui)會(hui)明(ming)顯(xian)降(jiang)低(di)溫(wen)度(du),也(ye)會(hui)有(you)利(li)於(yu)後(hou)期(qi)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)增(zeng)長(chang)。在(zai)養(yang)護(hu)過(guo)程(cheng),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)對(dui)大(da)體(ti)積(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)而(er)言(yan),保(bao)持(chi)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)合(he)理(li)溫(wen)度(du)是(shi)適(shi)宜(yi)的(de),即(ji)不(bu)宜(yi)溫(wen)度(du)過(guo)高(gao)。
  養護的原則是保持澆注後的混凝土的合理的水分和溫度。為了使混凝土能夠正常的水化、硬化,在混凝土成型後一定時間裏進行養護,使周圍環境有一定的溫度濕度,以保證混凝土的強度、耐久性。
  自(zi)然(ran)養(yang)護(hu)是(shi)目(mu)前(qian)現(xian)澆(jiao)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)常(chang)用(yong)的(de)養(yang)護(hu)方(fang)式(shi),是(shi)指(zhi)在(zai)自(zi)然(ran)條(tiao)件(jian)允(yun)許(xu)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),不(bu)采(cai)用(yong)過(guo)多(duo)的(de)措(cuo)施(shi)就(jiu)能(neng)維(wei)持(chi)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)潮(chao)濕(shi)環(huan)境(jing)進(jin)行(xing)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)養(yang)護(hu)。但(dan)自(zi)然(ran)養(yang)護(hu)在(zai)外(wai)界(jie)環(huan)境(jing)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)裂(lie)縫(feng),並(bing)對(dui)早(zao)期(qi)裂(lie)縫(feng)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)效(xiao)果(guo)極(ji)差(cha),在(zai)易(yi)發(fa)生(sheng)早(zao)期(qi)裂(lie)縫(feng)的(de)季(ji)節(jie),不(bu)得(de)用(yong)自(zi)然(ran)養(yang)護(hu)代(dai)替(ti)正(zheng)常(chang)養(yang)護(hu)。
  常用的養護方法除自然養護外,有在混凝土構築物表麵蓄水、噴霧、灑水,噴水蒸汽或用水飽和的覆蓋層麻布、棉毛毯、砂土、木屑、稻草浸水覆蓋,或在混凝土構築物表麵敷蓋紙、塑料膜或隔水塗料防止水分的蒸發。
  蓄水是養護水平表麵的一種周到的方法,包括用泥土或砂來維護表麵有一層水分,當水分充足並且排水不成問題時,借助噴霧(用軟管)yeshibaochihunningtushirundehaofangfa。zhezhongfangfazaichuizhiheshuipingbiaomiandounengshiyong。lixiangdepenwuyingdangshilianxude,danshiruguotashijianduande,jiuyingzaixizhakanliangcipenwujianxihunningtushifouguofenganzao。penwuyalibuyingtaida,fouzehunningtubiaomianhuibeichongshua。
  利li用yong覆fu蓋gai是shi另ling一yi種zhong水shui養yang方fang法fa,它ta不bu僅jin可ke以yi保bao有you大da量liang水shui分fen,還hai可ke以yi防fang止zhi水shui分fen蒸zheng發fa。麻ma袋dai和he其qi他ta吸xi水shui材cai料liao在zai覆fu蓋gai保bao濕shi中zhong被bei廣guang泛fan應ying用yong,並bing且qie其qi對dui水shui平ping或huo垂chui直zhi而er都dou適shi用yong。有you時shi,潮chao濕shi的de泥ni土tu、砂、草袋、草柵、鋸ju屑xie在zai水shui平ping表biao麵mian也ye可ke以yi作zuo為wei良liang好hao的de措cuo施shi,在zai冬dong季ji,這zhe些xie材cai料liao在zai澆jiao築zhu後hou的de混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian進jin行xing覆fu蓋gai,還hai可ke以yi起qi到dao保bao溫wen層ceng的de作zuo用yong。但dan表biao麵mian覆fu蓋gai後hou的de保bao濕shi層ceng需xu要yao定ding期qi灑sa水shui。因yin為wei它ta們men易yi於yu幹gan燥zao,而er且qie在zai初chu次ci鋪pu在zai混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian時shi要yao預yu先xian濕shi潤run,防fang止zhi其qi吸xi收shou混hun凝ning土tu表biao麵mian水shui分fen導dao致zhi混hun凝ning土tu缺que水shui。塑su料liao薄bo膜mo也ye是shi一yi種zhong良liang好hao的de保bao溫wen、baoshicailiao,zaibuyaoqiubiaomianguangjiedeqingkuangxia,jiaozhuhoulijizaibiaomianfugaisuliaobomo,jiqidaofangzhishuifenzhengfadezuoyong,younengqidaohunningtubaoshidezuoyong。tongshi,butongyansedebomoyeduihunningtubaowenhefangzhifayangguangzhaosheyoujiaohaodezuoyong:baisedeyongzaixiajigaowenjijiekeyifansheyangguangdereliang,fangzhihunningtushengwenguogao,erheisedezekeyizaidongjijiaoruodeyangguangzhaoshexiarengnenggeihunningtubiaomiandailaijiaoduodereliang,weihunningtuzaidongjiqidaolianghaodebaohuzuoyong。
   木(mu)模(mo)板(ban)和(he)竹(zhu)膠(jiao)板(ban)也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)養(yang)護(hu)材(cai)料(liao),對(dui)垂(chui)直(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)可(ke)以(yi)起(qi)到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)防(fang)護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong),但(dan)竹(zhu)膠(jiao)板(ban)吸(xi)水(shui)能(neng)力(li)差(cha),起(qi)到(dao)的(de)防(fang)護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)較(jiao)鬆(song)木(mu)等(deng)木(mu)模(mo)板(ban)要(yao)差(cha)一(yi)些(xie)。木(mu)模(mo)板(ban)的(de)比(bi)熱(re)較(jiao)小(xiao),在(zai)寒(han)冷(leng)的(de)冬(dong)季(ji),混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)結(jie)構(gou)物(wu)在(zai)周(zhou)圍(wei)包(bao)上(shang)木(mu)模(mo)板(ban)(不拆模的垂直結構)就jiu像xiang給gei混hun凝ning土tu穿chuan上shang一yi層ceng衣yi服fu一yi樣yang防fang止zhi混hun凝ning土tu凍dong傷shang或huo強qiang度du上shang升sheng慢man。但dan是shi,因yin為wei木mu模mo板ban有you較jiao大da的de吸xi水shui能neng力li,在zai進jin行xing混hun凝ning土tu澆jiao築zhu前qian,必bi須xu將jiang模mo板ban用yong水shui澆jiao透tou,以yi防fang止zhi澆jiao築zhu時shi吸xi水shui使shi混hun凝ning土tu脫tuo水shui
 對dui於yu水shui灰hui比bi較jiao小xiao的de豎shu向xiang結jie構gou,為wei防fang止zhi早zao期qi表biao麵mian的de塑su性xing收shou縮suo裂lie縫feng,需xu要yao對dui木mu模mo板ban進jin行xing定ding期qi的de澆jiao水shui養yang護hu,對dui竹zhu膠jiao板ban模mo板ban,則ze應ying在zai能neng夠gou脫tuo模mo時shi,鬆song開kai模mo板ban拉la杆gan,使shi模mo板ban與yu混hun凝ning土tu麵mian保bao持chi1cmyineidejuli,tongshi,xiangshuxiangjiegoudingmianjiaoshui,shishuifenyanfengxishirunhunningtubiaomian,tongshi,songkaidemobanhaikeyifangzhiwaijiereliangganzaodehuanjingduishuxiangjiegoudepohuai。

  7、開始養護的時間
